Founded in 1991, the Huisache Acres Owners' Association (HAOA) assists in the development of a community designed for safe, healthful and harmonious living.
This includes approving new home building plans as well as external renovations (such as pools or driveways) so they meet the approved bylaws and deed restrictions. ALL EXTERNAL RENOVATIONS MUST BE SUBMITTED AND APPROVED BY THE ARCHITECTURAL CONTROL COMMITTEE BEFORE CONSTRUCTION BEGINS. SEE EMAIL LINK BELOW.
Board directors are elected at the HAOA's annual meeting usually held each January. Annual dues of $750 are invoiced each June. New homeowners pay at closing a $150 transfer fee to HAOA. There are no fees for refinancing.
